I’m back at it again and this time with another rendition of “All Things CLT”. Can you believe I’ve almost been in Charlotte for a whole year!? I can’t! There are still so many things that I have to learn and explore within the city, like not having to use my Google Maps for a 10 minute trip anymore, LOL.

But to be honest, exploring a new city can get expensive. So if you know me, you know I’m always on the look-out for the best deals and specials when it comes to entertainment and food. And when I find a deal that’s actually a deal, I never get enough of it. This is actually my third visit to 8.2.0 since finding out they have wine and charcuterie board Wednesdays.

I meaaaan, the deal is too good to pass up. A charcuterie board and 2 glasses of wine or sangria all for only $20? Talk about a mid-week pick me up! They also host themed trivia twice a month. On my last visit it was The Office trivia night, and you already know I played since The Office is like the best show ever.

If you haven’t been to 8.2.0 yet, you’re really missing out. It’s the perfect venue in my opinion. It has a bar, pizzeria, karaoke room, event space, sunflower room (yes, you read that right), patio space, and a secret lounge that might take some time to find if you haven’t been to the space before. Did I also mention that the staff is super friendly and always cheerful? The staff was very attentive even with a packed house.

I’m already planning out my next visit because I can’t get enough of the cheese, who wants to be my date?
